Safety & Privacy
If you commit any crimes or are the victim of any crimes on Ding Dating, Ding Enterprises is not liable for any crime which may involve the Ding Dating platform or an associated platform that is used for marketing/advertisement purposes. Ding Dating acts in accordance with Michigan and federal U.S. law.
If someone else logs into your Ding Dating account, by agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you acknowledge that you are responsible for their actions.
Ding Dating is not liable for any emotional or physical harm done to anyone who uses or has used the app, by another user whether inflicted directly on the platform, on another platform, or in-person.
Ding Dating is not responsible for any reputational harm or defamatory statements made by other users against a user. It is essential for users to remain vigilant of others and to understand that others may upload or post screenshots of chats or profiles online to harm their reputation and increase awareness of account information or chats that were posted. A user’s safety may also be compromised by the actions of others as a result, and it is the responsibility of the user for what they post.
Ding Dating is not liable for any threatening language, photos, or actions within the app’s interface. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that it is not required that the app institute any enforcement mechanisms to lessen the frequency, severity, or harm of any words or associated actions.
The sale of drugs and certain substances may not be legal by law, and the user holds sole responsibility for using Ding Dating as a means of using them for commercial purposes. As a result, both people who have been harmed or harm other users on Ding Dating with the use of any legal or illicit drugs hold responsibility for their own actions.
Ding Dating may have information that exposes a user’s location. By using this app, a user understands that someone may use this information to track or stalk them. If the app’s functionality to turn off the distance on a user’s account fails, they understand that other users may be able to track and find a user; every user is responsible for their own safety and crimes that involve location features are not the liability of Ding Enterprises.
This app contains complex querying that allows others to easily find your profile very easily (for example, by utilizing the “Search” feature), so as such a user understands that data privacy may be hindered and that a user may be tracked and done harm to by another user. In addition, a user understands that their location doesn’t have to be viewable on their own profile for another user to analyze viewable user information and photos which may lead them to accurately estimate the location of another user. Ding Enterprises is not responsible for any crimes or harm related to app features that may expose or enable others to accurately estimate location.
By agreeing to the terms, you understand that this app is relatively new in production. As such, there could be faulty code or systems that result in your profile being displayed incorrectly, or that results in your profile showing as someone with another identity. It’s also possible that your messages could get distorted or rewritten in the process of being displayed to another user. As such, any situation involving mismatched identity or distorted messaging will not result in liability for Ding Enterprises; any defamation-related cases and others relating to, including but not limited to, an associated reputational harm that is directed between a user and someone else that occurs on the Ding Dating app or an associated account on a platform we use, will not involve Ding Enterprises but rather those individuals. However, Ding Enterprises may sue for defamatory statements written by users or people on other platforms that defame and misrepresent our brand and services on any in-person or online platform.
Ding Dating is not allowed for users who are legally considered a minor, a dependent, a person under the age of 18, or someone who resides under a conservatorship. These users violate Ding Dating’s strict requirements that only people who can lawfully consent have access to the app and its associated services. In violating these terms, you and/or your guardian assumes all the risks associated with the app, and no conduct or harm inflicted on or by the minor or another user within the app can result in liability for Ding Enterprises. Ding Dating also reserves any right to remove any accounts suspected of being underaged.
By agreeing to the terms, you understand that it may be possible that your messages and profile in the app may get sent to a different user than intended, whether due to the fault of the Ding Dating app, the user themselves, or another person, and as a result your information and data may be sent to strangers that you didn’t consent to be.
By agreeing to the terms, you understand that any in-app translations may be incorrect, deceptive, or nonfunctional, and any reputational or physical harm related to this may not result in liability for Ding Enterprises.
Deleting your account may not function or work instantaneously, so beware that other users may still be able to access or view your account information despite this fact. A user who utilizes the Ding Dating App understands that by creating an account, they are lending their information forever, and that this information may be accessed by Ding Enterprises or third parties, for reasons not limited to safety or retaining account information in case a banned user creates additional accounts. Moreover, it’s possible that for prolonged periods of time account information and chat messages may still be viewable by other users, and that this information doesn’t disappear instantaneously.
The face verification involves the use of AI, and as a result, may be deceptive and inaccurate. As a result, a user who agrees to the terms understands that they may be talking to a user who is “catfishing” or doesn’t actually exist, pretending to be someone else who they are not. It is the users’ responsibility to remain cautious and to verify other users themselves; if any harm is done to a user as a result of others who misuse the “face verification” feature, Ding Dating is not responsible for any harm caused to a user as a result of the “face verification” feature.
The “View Preview” tab brings you to a tab where your profile preview may mismatch how your account actually displays to other users. This also applies to any account information you input in the account editing sheet, which currently contains the tabs “Photos & Bio”, “Profile Info”, and “Preview”. Beware of this and understand that the way your account appears to others may not be accurate, and that it is rather a rough estimate as to how your profile will display. As a result, by agreeing to the terms you understand that the way your account appears to you may be different or deceptive.
If the Ding Dating App functionality fails, it is plausible that an account’s photos and profile information may appear mismatched or incorrectly, and consequently you may be talking to another person that doesn’t match the account profile. You are responsible for any user you message, whether authentic or not, and you understand that you should take caution and verify any user you meet yourself through third party platforms. These failures in functionality could apply to, but are not limited to chats within the “Dings”, “Sent”, and “Messages” tabs.
Users understand that any account information written by other users may be deceptive and to take with caution. Moreover, users that are searched for within the “Search” tab may very well not match the description they searched for. Always be aware of this, and it is the user’s responsibility to verify any information.
Ding Dating may have features where users can report concerns about other users or their own account. However, by agreeing to the terms, users understand that customer support is not necessarily reliable and is not entitled to help solve any user issues.
Ding Dating allows users to block other accounts, but it is important to keep in mind that it is possible this account feature may not work at times, so it is the user’s responsibility to impose methods to support their own safety, or to contact law enforcement if necessary, so that they can keep themselves safe.
We do not condone any content that incorporates depictions of violent weapons or acts, nor anything that glorifies harm.
You agree not to post any false or misleading information as a means to manipulate another individual. Beware that what people post may also contain information that is not authentic and may be used to encourage you to do something that you wouldn’t otherwise consent to.
Each user only gets one Ding Dating account, and any other accounts may be removed or can be the grounds of banning a user so that they can’t create others.
Ding Enterprises does not allow any speech or acts that could be determined as discrimination, hate speech, or a microaggression. In general, we also do not allow people to bully, harass, or assault other users either. This applies for anything you post about Ding Dating on other social media sites, and any activity as such that could misrepresent the Ding Dating platform may be subject to liability. Any action that Ding Enterprises believes you committed that is associated with the above can also lead to a user being banned.
It is possible that information that Ding Enterprises has posted, along with other individuals not affiliated with the brand, either on a social media account, chat message, advertisement, or any other platform, may be misleading. Information that is posted may contain jokes or memes that may be contrary to how the app works or how a user should interact with others on the app. It is important to keep this information in mind to remain safe. Ding Enterprises does not support, condone, promote, or endorse any activity, action, words, or anything associated with an advertisement that is displayed on a Ding Dating platform. As such, if you post anything on social media that says we support, condone, promote, or endorse, or imply either of those, then you may be subject to liability such as a defamation suit. By signing these Terms & Conditions, you understand that you know that advertisements are separate from the beliefs, brand missions, and values of the Ding Dating brand, and by implying that we support, condone, promote, or endorse the actions of our advertisers or advertisements, whether on or off the Ding Dating platform, that you are intentionally lying or practicing deception. Ding Enterprises should also not be liable for the actions or activities of any advertisers and advertisements on the Ding Dating platform or any other one, including the direct and/or indirect harmful effects that they may have on users. Users understand that other third parties may misguide them, intentionally or unintentionally, and/or cause actions that may harm them. It is users’ responsibility to abide by methods or actions that will protect themselves and can be used to verify information. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you promise not to sue Ding Dating for any related reason such as these.
Ding Dating should not be used to advertise or promote any type of sex work or compensated relationships, where dating or sex activities may involve financial payment through a third-party platform. As such, any user may be banned or hidden on such grounds. This app also isn’t meant to be used for any sort of other financial activities, such as one involving financing, campaigning, selling items, etc.
Do not post any content that involves copyrighted or trademarked material from other businesses or individuals, or of works that belong to Ding Enterprises without prior written consent. You retain all responsibility for what is posted in your profile.
Any information that another user posts on social media or through chat messages may not accurately reflect the Ding Dating brand. As such, any false or misleading information about Ding Dating may be grounds for liability, but also it is essential not to automatically trust what others post online.
Advertisements within the Ding Dating platform or other social media accounts associated with it may contain false or misleading information about their own goods and services. It is essential to remain cautious of anything that may be promoted to you, and not to trust any company right away.
Any individual who has been charged with or has been convicted of a felony offense is not allowed to use this app. As a user, you should always remain cautious and research who you are speaking to avoid any potentially dangerous interactions.
Any words or actions posted on Ding Dating or referring to the platform on another social media app may be grounds for contacting law enforcement if it is determined that it could pose a safety concern or illegal activity that is related to the app.
Undesired political speech may be restricted on Ding Dating and are grounds for being banned or hidden as Ding Enterprises sees fit.
You will be liable if you write or say any misleading information that implies or directly states that a particular person, organization, or ideology is “endorsed” by Ding Dating or any potentially affiliated businesses or entities.
You may not create an account after you have been banned on our platform without written permission saying so.
You are restricted from posting any content which may encourage, promote, or depict self-harm, dangerous activity, or any forms of violent extremism or terrorism.
Users may interact with other people from other states, provinces, jurisdictions, countries, etc. As such, users may find themselves accountable to differing laws when communicating, interacting, or traveling to visit other users on the platform, whether those users are authentic or not. It is the responsibility of the user to be aware of the laws, customs, and potential safety risks associated with other jurisdictions, and to take action themselves to reduce any potential harm. Ding Enterprises is not responsible for these safety risks that users inherit from using a global platform.
Other individuals or entities associated with corporations, LLCs, general partnerships, sole proprietorship, or any other type of company agree not to host, store, use, copy, display, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, translate, modify, reformat, incorporate into other works, advertise, license, sub-license, distribute any information about users or the platform to purported competitors or their affiliated businesses, as a means to analyze Ding Enterprises’ goods and services, harm its reputation, create content for marketing or advertising purposes, or for any other reason.
Here are some other important reminders to keep in mind when using this app, that you are solely responsible for:
Never share banking and other financial information with people
Avoid sharing personal information such as phone numbers, emails, social security numbers, passwords, places of work and school, names of family members or friends, etc.

Report all suspicious activity and behavior using the “Report Concern” feature within the app.
If you are an LGBTQ+ person, woman, disabled, or other marginalized identity traveling to another country or are living in a potentially risky country, beware of their laws and customs. It is plausible that governments may attempt to create profiles to find or imprison individuals that break their laws. Ding Enterprises is against any attempt by a government or individual associated with it to use this app as a means to criminalize behavior that is legal according to Michigan Law.
Take your time to learn more information about a person before meeting in-person, and if so, do not leave your drinks or items unattended.
Learn about a person’s sexual health history and be willing to share yours with other people you plan to be intimate with. Communication is important and use protection to avoid an STI.
Be sure to draw boundaries in terms of consent. It is your responsibility to check-in with a potential partner and form methods to respect each other's boundaries. Do not perform sexual activities as someone who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or with a partner who has been under the influence. Any violation of consent is illegal and we suggest you call law enforcement in any situation that occurs.
Ding Enterprises does not conduct checks on criminal backgrounds or verification of identity. Ding Enterprises does not allow users with a criminal background on our platforms, including but not limited to sex offenders, and we will delete any accounts we find that can be associated with one. We do have options for users to report any user who may have a criminal background through our Report feature, through our email, or through our website. However, understand that it is plausible and perhaps inevitable that there are criminals, or potentially dangerous figures in general, that will create an account; as such, the user understands that they are solely responsible to perform whatever methods are necessary to protect their own safety and verify that who they are speaking with, texting, or meeting is a safe person. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others on any Ding Dating platform.
Users may not use Ding Dating as a means to spy on LGBTQ+ people, or in other ways bait them to meet in-person, with the purpose of inflicting any emotional, reputational, financial, or physical harm, including theft or pulling any sort of pranks. This includes baiting them into doing things they otherwise wouldn’t do, including by law enforcement. Any person, organization (including governmental), coalition, or entity that engages in this kind of behavior not only violates app guidelines but will be subject to liability. All data will be preserved to be used as evidence in a court of law. Users may not use this as a tactic on any other applicable marginalized identities, including but not limited to users with physical or intellectual disabilities, people who identify as other than cisgender men, people of color, people of a lower socioeconomic status, immigrants, and religious or non-religious minorities. Any behavior as described above or relating to any hate crimes, hate speech, threatening behavior, identity theft, or any crime or action that causes harm which is committed by any user, is strictly prohibited. However, it is also the responsibility of the user to take initiative on implementing measures that will ensure their own safety. You can not use any such incident as a means to bring legal notice or take legal action to Ding Dating. We have a Supplemental section in this document which lists some ways you can contact us so that we can help with any such situation; however, we are not obligated to assist you in any such situation and you must contact law enforcement in any situation that is necessary for the safety and wellbeing of the user.
Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, and other Paid Features
By agreeing to the terms, you understand that users who purchase a subscription plan may get preferential treatment or different access to services.
If there are any technical difficulties or other causes which result in gaps of service after purchasing a subscription plan, you are not entitled to a refund. In addition, you understand that the listed benefits displayed upon purchasing a subscription plan may differ in practicality from the service that is actually offered to the purchaser. Users are only entitled to a refund under the condition that: no difference in service exists between how the app looks or functions under your subscribed account and other unsubscribed accounts for the entire duration of your subscription plan. The duration of a subscription plan is monthly for the monthly subscription tier or yearly for the yearly subscription plan, and so on.
If you purchase a subscription, and pay a different price than you thought you would due to the fault of the user, Apple, or the Ding Dating app’s functionality itself, Ding Enterprises holds no liability for such and is not required to give a refund in such instances.
You understand that slow or inconsistent messaging and functionalities related to subscriptions cannot be the basis of accessing a refund for a subscription, nor the reason that you sue on the basis of any reputational or physical harm related to this, of which Ding Enterprises will not be liable for.
Unsending messages or “dings” may not work when you buy a subscription plan, and as such, any reputational or physical harm related to this may not result in liability for Ding Enterprises.
If you are a user that holds a subscription, has paid for an in-app purchase, or has fulfilled any financial payment to Ding Dating, you are not entitled to customer service to help solve an issue with your account, your associated subscription, or any technical issues that may occur due to bugs. You are not entitled to any sort of customer service.
Any statements or information listed on Ding Dating may be incorrect and there should be no financial obligation associated with written text.
If you agree to purchase a subscription, you understand that the subscription will auto-renew and it is the responsibility of the subscribed user to cancel their subscription. If you cancel your subscription, your subscription benefits will end by the end of your subscription period, at which point it will expire.
If you use Ding Dating for payments while your device may contain malicious software, viruses, or may be hacked in any way, you understand that you are responsible for any possible misuse of your payment information, which may be misused and involve illegal action.
In purchasing a Ding Dating subscription, you understand that the price you pay for your services may involve dynamic pricing, and that you may pay a different price than other users, for reasons including but not limited to geographical location or any data that is estimated or obtained from the user that intends to subscribe. The use of algorithms may be involved and may utilize certain characteristics analyzed by stored user information to set a unique price to that user.
You understand that third parties may be involved in the payment process, and Ding Dating is not responsible for how any aspect of payment information is utilized, and as such we are not liable in any way for how this data is handled. If it is potentially misused, it is the responsibility of the user to contact Apple, Google, their bank/credit union, or any mentioned or associated other third parties in the payment process to contact them about any concerns, including but not limited to concerns related to financial fraud. This is also essential in cases where a user should ask for a refund.
Ding Enterprises may acknowledge on its online platforms, such as on social media or within the Ding Dating app, or in some other forum, which could be offline, that the proceeds, profits, or revenues that Ding Enterprises collects from a particular set of groups and services will be directed toward a certain cause, fundraiser, charity, etc. Note that any claim as such may be an estimate and for legal purposes should not be taken as exact. If a user tries to obtain a refund because they suspect that the funds going to a certain cause isn’t exact, then you agree by these Terms & Conditions that that does not qualify as any sort of manipulation, malpractice, fraud, or any other form of deception; if you decide you want a refund, you can contact Ding Enterprises through its website, through Settings on the mobile app, or by emailing. However, you are not entitled to a refund or chargeback for any reason relating to this.
Ding Enterprises may impose written temporary conditions by which a user must adhere to in order to access or maintain their subscription, and if violated, a user may be removed at any time. Upon any change in the Terms and Conditions, if a user refuses to respond to an updated Terms and Conditions within the app, it is possible for a subscription to be terminated.
A user’s subscription may be terminated at any time and for any reason that is determined to violate these Terms & Conditions, but this includes being terminated for remaining inactive for a determined period of time, which may be unwritten.
To cancel a subscription, Ding Dating may not have a direct link to cancel your subscription through the mobile app. You may have to go through third parties, such as Apple itself, to go in and cancel your subscriptions through them.
If you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse a payment, Ding Dating withholds the right to terminate your account immediately in its sole discretion. If your account is terminated for any reason during your subscription because it is determined that the subscribed user has violated these Terms & Conditions, no refund or chargeback may be given.
If you intend to cancel a subscription or in-app purchase but made a mistake in doing so, causing you to continue paying for your purchase, or you accidentally agree to a subscription or in-app purchase on accident, you are still responsible to pay for your purchase, and you are not entitled to any sort of monetary refund.
The laws under which refunds must be conducted are different according to the jurisdiction that you reside in, and it is the user’s responsibility to make aware to Ding Enterprises, Apple, or Google that these refunds must be conducted according to the laws of their respective jurisdiction. Understand that if your payment goes through a third party such as Apple, you may have to refer to them for your refund instead. Instructions explain more below in the supplemental section called Refunds.
If you pass away while having a subscription plan, the subscription will continue, and whoever withholds the rights to your property or assets has a duty to cancel the subscription themselves. Services for your subscription will continue until the subscription is canceled. You are not entitled to a refund for the subscription month (if you have a monthly plan) or subscription year (if you have a yearly plan) that pertains to your death. Moreover, the new owners of your assets will continue to pay the subscription until they manually cancel it themselves. You may not hold us liable for this and for help you should contact Apple Support or look at the Customer Service Section below to find ways of contacting the Ding Dating team. If you make a mistake trying to cancel a subscription for any reason and it doesn’t go through, including but not limited to Internet issues, then you may not try to ask for any sort of refund either. If you cancel your subscription just after it renews, you are not entitled to a refund for that, and you must pay for the full price of your subscription for the month in all cases. If you purchased your subscription through an External Service Account such as through Apple, you may also have to provide evidence such as a death certificate in order to initiate a cancellation of a subscription.
Data Use & Artificial Intelligence
There is artificial intelligence and other technologies integrated into the app that labels users using estimates. As such, users can use search functionalities that may allow them to assume different attributes which they have not directly written themselves; this may mean that users could be labeled deceptively or incorrectly by algorithms with the Ding Dating application. Moreover, it is possible that these assumptions may be printed to other users. Any of the aforementioned statements should be assumed by the user upon accessing Ding Dating, and no liability should be afforded to Ding Enterprises. Any data that is generated through Artificial Intelligence may also be shared with third parties, even if they do not represent you accurately.
Any account information that decides to display, despite being intentionally “clicked off”, such as by pressing the “Not Visible” button in the profile editor, may not be unfunctional at times, and as a result their profile may not view as intended. This may pose safety, reputational, or privacy risks that a user assumes by using Ding Dating.
If a user’s data is stolen or hacked by someone, Ding Enterprises is not liable. This incorporates both front-end and back-end hacking, and it is not ensured that the authentication process will protect your data or information. If other companies that Ding Enterprises partners with or is associated with have their information breached, Ding Enterprises is also not held responsible. In general, if any information is stolen or there is any breach of data that results in a stolen identity, the user assumes full responsibility for this risk by agreeing to the terms and conditions.
By agreeing, you understand that not every user gets equal access or treatment in regards to the services or algorithm that is provided by the Ding Dating app, which uses calculations to discriminate between whose profiles may get preferential treatment to be displayed. Some factors that may lead to preferential treatment and greater access to services include but are not limited to: face verification, subscription plan purchases, geographical location, identity, stated user preferences, physical attributes, attributes related to personality, and the actions of other users within the app.
By using the Ding Dating App, you agree to not sue Ding Enterprises or any associated entities or individuals over any safety concerns or cases involving breached or mutually shared data/information to third parties.
Users’ profiles may be banned or hidden if Ding Enterprises finds data that suggests a user may pose a risk to the platform or may be misusing it in any way.
Users should always be sure to create longer or more complex passwords to protect their livelihoods. This way, you take reasonable measures to avoid being hacked by other people. You are responsible for the security of your login information.
While artificial intelligence can create false or misleading information to represent a person, which may be viewable or assumed by another user, it is still essential to accurately represent your identity through our profile editor page. This includes but is not limited to accurate information regarding age or affiliation. Any misrepresentation of your identity or affiliations may be grounds for being banned or hidden on the platform, and may involve legal action.
Creating or using a robot, crawler, site search/retrieval application, proxy or other manual or automatic device, method or process to access, retrieve, index, "data mine," or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of our services or its contents are prohibited.
Uploading any viruses or malicious code, or manipulating our databases or services in any way that could compromise the security of our app is directly prohibited.
Framing or mirroring any part of our services without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Modifying, adapting, sublicensing, translating, selling, reverse engineering, deciphering, decompiling or otherwise disassembling any portion of the services that Ding Dating provides, or causing others to do so, is prohibited.
Developing third-party applications to interact with our database and any part of our services without written authorization is not permitted
You are not permitted to access the programming interface, any back-end system, or database system without written consent, and moreover you may not scan or test for the vulnerabilities in any coding systems of Ding Enterprises.
By agreeing to these terms or by creating an account, you agree that any content, as defined by what you upload to your profile, another account or profile outside of Ding Dating such as on social media, any communications with the Ding Dating team, or what is estimated using our AI algorithms, may be utilized for marketing, advertisement, or any other commercial purpose, including but not limited to reasons relating to monetization. Content, data, and information can also be used for non-commercial purposes, and can be used to expose information about a person, including but not limited to politicians, public figures, private figures, or any person who utilizes Ding Enterprises’ platforms. We are granted the rights to host, store, use, copy, display, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, translate, modify, reformat, incorporate into other works, advertise, license, sub-license, distribute, and otherwise make available to the general public, law enforcement, affiliated businesses, private entities that we partner with, or any governmental organizations any aspect of this content, information, and/or data, even if it poses a safety or personal risk to users. Ding Enterprises also has an exclusive license to screenshot any of this content. Ding Enterprises is not obligated to take action with regard to the use of your data and content by other users or third parties, and we are not responsible for what others post, write, or say in an in-person, online, or virtual medium.
By submitting suggestions or feedback to Ding Dating regarding our goods and services, you also agree that Ding Enterprises may use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensating you.
If an issue occurs by which all data is wiped or stolen, or the Ding Dating’s services become unusable or faulty due to technical difficulties, malware, or fraud, or any other reason, users are not entitled to any sort of compensation or legal precedent to sue Ding Enterprises.
Using Ding Dating requires the use of location and geographical coordinates, so that users’ location can be accurately displayed to users, and so that other nearby accounts can actually remain viewable. Therefore, users must agree to turn on their location services for Ding Dating within Settings or when the alert pops up, in order to access the app.
Note that upon account termination by a user, such as by pressing “Delete Account”, data may still be stored and used by Ding Enterprises, as described elsewhere in this document, for any purpose. If you request to have your data deleted for any reason upon deleting an account, you can contact us through our website, mobile app, or email and let us know. However, it is guaranteed that your data will be deleted upon asking. In addition, it is possible that your account is still viewable to others upon deletion, and the process doesn’t happen immediately; however, it is also possible that the “delete account” functionality fails and your account will remain visible to others until you make the Ding Enterprises team aware of the issue. Moreover, law enforcement and other authorities may still be able to access this data upon account deletion. Also note that after an account deletion, then an account with the same phone number may be used to create a new account.
Ding Enterprises is not responsible for any errors that may occur with your account, your user experience, your subscriptions, and any other type which may happen with Ding Dating. You are not entitled to customer service, and errors may even pose a safety or personal risk to you and anyone who may be associated with you, which you are solely responsible for and understand may occur by agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. Phone and email authentication processes are not perfect and you are responsible for all actions that may occur because you created an account on our platform, including but not limited to any actions that may put yourself or others at risk. You are responsible if you also utilize and misuse the credentials, address, or any other private information belonging to another person you know. Doing so is also strictly prohibited on our app, along with anyone who tries to dox another person whether intentionally or unintentionally, and you are responsible for any action like this that you commit. Please refer to our Report feature if you notice anyone intentionally or unintentionally harming or hindering another user’s reputation, livelihood, or safety in any way; otherwise, if it’s an emergency, refer to law enforcement or local authorities.
Ding Dating may lead to user’s phones or private information being exposed or hacked if it is breached in any way. As such, financial, physical, reputational, and emotional damages may be possible, and may lead to irreparable or irreversible damage. Users understand by signing these Terms & Conditions that suicide, homicide, sexual/physical/verbal abuse, sexual/physical/verbal assault, defamation, blackmail, sexual assault, rape, sextortion, and any other legal crime is possible through the use of Ding Dating or may result as a potential indirect effect of it. These crimes may be enabled through a breach of data or by the access of data, authorized or unauthorized, by another individual or third-party user. This data may be visible on the platform itself, such as location data, or any other type of data that you consent or don’t consent to publishing, and this may inherently pose safety risks. Users should always contact authorities in emergency situations and utilize our Report feature, email, and website as well to contact us so we can take whatever methods necessary, but understand that you are not entitled or guaranteed any customer service or help in any form.
Ding Dating uses artificial intelligence models and machine learning for both face verification and identifying photos that may contain nudity. Understand that this AI technology may be inaccurate and that if you know that Ding Dating made a mistake, you may “Report a Concern” to us through the app. If you see nudity in another user’s profile, please report it, as this is strictly prohibited. To do so, you can tap on the “flag” on someone’s profile, and then it will bring up an option to report them. However, just because you report something doesn’t ensure our team will review it or see your report.
